Another of the wedding planner tips to make your wedding day memorable is the use of unity candles, a special ceremony on a special day!
When planning your wedding have you thought about using unity candles? You need to have it suit your style, not necessarily what anyone else has done beforehand. Make it your special way of expressing how you feel to each other.
The unity candle should comprise of three different parts, one for the bride, one for the groom, and the third lastly for both together. Lighting one candle together is symbolic of uniting your love together, but you can make the lighting of a candle however way you want it. Maybe you may want each member of the family to light a candle, and this can be used to light up the unity candle. This can also be seen as a symbol of uniting the bride and groom’s family.
If it is only a small gathering maybe all guests would have a candle each and light theirs off the unity candle which the bride and groom have already lit, once again declaring the unity between the two families and friends.
At a larger gathering the unity candle can be placed where all guests come past as they enter the hall can light a small one off the larger one. Of course a lot of thought will need to go into the logistics of this, how it is to be done and where the lit candles will be put so as not to be a hazard, especially to little people.
This won’t be every brides desire and need to light candles, but if it is yours with a bit of planning and also inclusion into your wedding planner checklist, it could be a beautiful and touching thing, and something that is completely yours. You can decide to do this at a pious moment, or a very casual one as when you are cutting the cake and have a bit of fun, but at the same time bringing in the meaning of unity and love. Whatever you decide, it is your wedding and with some thought you should be able to come up with something interesting to add that special touch to your very own wedding.
Bless you on your exciting and wonderful day.

Plan A Dream Wedding
For Yourself!
For every woman her wedding is a very special occasion. She always wants to make it a perfect one, like she had in her dreams. So after getting the perfect man and the ring it’s now time for planning your dream wedding. Relax! There is nothing to worry. Though planning your wedding might seem both stressful and overwhelming there is an easy way to achieve it for yourself and your future husband. You just need a bit of communication and patience while making your choices and decisions but you’ll find a wedding planning checklist is an absolute essential. So, let’s see how you are going to work it out – first and foremost, break your plans into sections, and consider the following questions.
Consider and choose the kind of reception you would like to put up. Is it going to be a large one or a more intimate one with friends and family? Discuss with your relations and prospective in-laws to form an idea of their concept and needs. After having a general idea of the number of guests you are likely to have, visit the place where you would like to have your reception and talk to the owners about their offer. Your wedding planning checklist will guide you on questions you will need to ask them. Always keep in mind that the place of your choice should have experience in hosting weddings before yours. You can also ask them for suggestions and clarify your queries, if any. It may happen that you don’t get your answers immediately or you might get confused about their offers, in that case talk to them again and do not finalize anything until you are completely convinced that it can fulfill your individual needs. Do not forget to decide on a budget, and a printable wedding planner checklist can be invaluable for this, as the reception is where you are likely to spend the most money.
Now, it’s time for the food and the wedding cake. Always look out for samples of food at every reception site you are going to visit; especially that which you decide to have for your wedding. Consider the time of the day of your marriage while choosing your food as it impacts your food choice. For example if you are planning to have the ceremony around mid morning then it might be preferable for you to go for a brunch buffet, whereas an evening wedding requires a formal presentation. Again do not hesitate to ask for recommendations as it may help you to judge their service and authenticity.
Then come the flowers, invitations, music and photography, which you can choose based on the style you would like to maintain for your wedding. You can try to cut down your budget in these areas if you wish to. A small number of invitations can also help you to save some dollars. Remember that a perfect wedding does not mean an expensive wedding. By using your wedding planning checklist, your own creativity and proper planning you can also make your wedding a dream wedding.
Happy Wedding!!!

Planning A Wedding
Have A Dream Day Thanks To A
Wedding Planner Checklist
He’s popped the question, you’re both over the moon, and you should be looking for a wedding planner checklist. And now the fun of planning a low budget wedding begins. At least it should be fun. In reality, these days, planning a modern wedding can seem more like a military exercise, with the added complications of complex family relationships, minefields of etiquette, the vast array of choices, and above all, the spiraling cost.
Planning a wedding on a tight budget needn’t be a nightmare, if you follow a few simple guidelines. Take the time to think everything through, make careful plans, and keep track of the things you decide, and you’ll have a day to remember for all the right reasons.
Where To Locate A Wedding Planner Checklist
The first step is to make a wedding planner checklist. There are lots of handy books and websites out there to help you do this, so have a good look and find one which suits you in terms of scale, style and budget. Pick a guide which gives you plenty of ideas, checklists and timelines, so you can be reassured you won’t forget anything, or leave a particular item on your list too late. A good wedding planner will also give you plenty of information on things like etiquette and tradition, so you can avoid upsetting anyone and make your wedding a really traditional occasion.
Many couples choose to create a wedding planner checklist guide book. If you find a ready-designed one, you can combine the information, schedules and lists the wedding planner checklist book provides with space for your own ideas, samples, and estimates, which will all build up to make a central focus point for all your plans, and will give you a wonderful memento afterwards which you will always treasure.
The next important thing is to decide on your budget. Remember although this is an important day, it is just the beginning of your married life, so there’s no point making yourselves miserable for years afterwards by overreaching the funds available. Once you’ve worked out how much you have to spend, use your event wedding planner checklist to mark out what you’re going to spend on each area of the wedding, flowers, food and drink, venue hire, invitations and so on.
Use a wedding planner checklist book to save on everything but the necessary
Try not to get sucked into including things you don’t want or need, and this is where your wedding planner checklist comes into it’s own. The wedding industry is full of wonderful ideas, and products, but you should pick and choose things which will really make a difference to your day. Saving money in one area means you can afford to splash out on the things which will mean the most to you and your guests.
If you’re trying to work on a limited budget, bear in mind that timing can help. Out of season, or picking a day other than Saturday will mean venues and suppliers will be able to offer you much better rates for instance, and you’ll have a lot more choices.
These days, there is no need to spend a fortune to have a really unique and special wedding. The internet and wedding magazines are full of clever ideas for planning a wedding on a low budget, and you shouldn’t be afraid to ask for help. Talented friends will be happy to help out with baking, designing invitations, even playing the music at your reception, and it will make your day a really special family occasion, and further justification to invest in a wedding planner checklist guide.
